to do that you need to follow this steps:
 in FlatStyle:
       Make FlatStyle to Flat 
 in FlatAppearance: 
           Change the BorderColor 
           Change the BorderSize 
          Change the MouseDownBackColor 
           Change the MouseOverBackColor
